Bchris Couture was created by fashion Designer Baaba Christian in February 2009 .Baaba Christian has toured various cities across the country to display her designs. She also well known for displaying her garments at fashion shows at various universities. some of these schools are Columbia university(New York),Haverford college(Pennsylvania),Maryland University, Binghamton(new york),Bridgeport university(Connecticut).She is well known for her distinctive African couture garments that portray a contemporary style. In spring 2011 ”The Dope files” described Bchris Couture as" bringing a diversity in urban couture. The shapes and angles that are created in a garment is nothing short of intriguing, and the bold colors ".Bchris Couture has collaborated with many artist in producing photo shoots, magazines and even styling a few.
